4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for reviewing all documents prepared by Diamond Signings.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
You are responsible for submitting documents to courts, agencies, or third parties unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You understand that errors in the information YOU provide may affect your results or filings.

5. Payment & Fees

All fees must be paid before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees may include:

Service fees

Travel fees (mobile notary)
Rush fees
Government filing fees (if applicable)
Shipping or mailing fees

Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Refund eligibility for unused services is determined case-by-case.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Diamond Signings does not guarantee:

Court approval

Agency approval
Processing timelines
Outcomes related to filings, applications, or disputes
Acceptance of documents by third parties

We prepare documents based on the information you provide and general formatting guidelines, but final decisions are always made by the court or agency.

7. Remote Online Notarization (RON) & Mobile Notary Services

For notarization services:

Valid identification is required

RON availability varies by state
Notaries may refuse service if fraud or coercion is suspected
Notaries operate in compliance with their commissioning state’s laws

Travel fees apply for mobile visits.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality.

Your information is kept private except where required by law (e.g., subpoenas, law enforcement requests, fraud prevention).

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made before work begins.

For mobile or scheduled appointments:

Cancellations within 2 hours may result in a travel or appointment fee

No-shows may be charged full service fees

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Diamond Signings is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our services

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question
We are not responsible for court or agency rejections due to incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information provided by the client

You agree to hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your use of our services.

11. Use of Website & Materials

You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission

Use our services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
Interfere with website functionality

Violations may lead to service termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law.

Any dispute shall be resolved in New York courts unless otherwise required by statute.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version becomes effective upon posting to our website.

14. Document Completion Term (14-Day Policy)

To ensure efficiency and fairness to all clients, Diamond Signings enforces a 14-day completion term for all document preparation services. This means:

Once Diamond Signings begins working on your file and requests information, documents, or clarification from you,

You must provide the required information within 14 days,
Or the project will be considered abandoned.

If a file is abandoned:

The service will be closed

No additional work or revisions will be provided
No refunds will be issued
Reopening the file will require a new service fee

This policy exists because delays in client responses prevent timely completion and affect workflow availability for other clients.
